Taxi Rome Shuttle offers the following payment options:

Payment to the driver
You can pay your transfer services directly to the driver with cash in Euros or Credit Cards.

Payment in advance You can pay in advance with bank transfers or using our secure website. Do NOT send us card details via email; our operators will never ask them to you.

If you chose to pay in advance, insert the total price in Euros of the booking that was confirmed by our operators via email.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation policies for services paid in advance:

Cancellation 48 hours (or more) in advance; You will have 100% of the total price that:

• You can use as a credit for further bookings, with no expiration.
• You can ask for Your money back. In this case, we will refund You 100% of the total.

Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance, but less than 48 hours; You will have 50% of the total price that:

• You can use as a credit for further bookings, with no expiration.
• You can ask for Your money back.

Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance

• No credit nor money back.
